I recently talked to my pain management doctor about his views on medical marijuana. He stated that even if Florida legalizes it, he won't incorporate it into his practice because he's afraid that every body and his brother will be wanting a Rx and he doesn't have the time to screen people to see if they have legitimate ailments. All his patients come to him as referrals from other doctors who feel they can benefit from pain management. He feels they should just legalize it period and let people choose whether they want to use it or not.
